Heather and her partner Jackie are a power team. Heather walked us through the whole process of what to expect, recommending mortgage lenders, determining what type of property we wanted, driving us up and down the I-5 corridor for months to look at homes, guiding us through the offer process, giving us great connections for home and sewer inspectors, and making sure we were fully set up for closing. When handing us our keys, she also left us with a nice gift. Jackie handled much of the admin and most often joined us on touring houses and discussing options. If for some reason Heather was busy helping another client, Jackie stepped in to make sure we had what we needed. They were wonderful to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about Heather and her team. She pointed us in the direction of a great mortgage team and worked relentlessly to find a house on a very small timeline. The house we ended up with was one she brought to our attention that we didn’t think too much about, then we toured it and loved it and bought it and closed in 15 days. She also helped us negotiate reduced closing costs in addition to purchasing the house under asking, all because of Heather’s tireless work.
